Rock Gold Ore Processing Plant

This setup is a rock gold process plant.

·The plant is configured with a hopper connected to 1electromagnetic vibrating feederunder the hopper to feed materials more evenly into the coarse jaw crusher.

·The coarsejaw crushercrushes the big stone to less than 100mm, and the output is transported to the fine jaw crusher via a belt conveyor.

·The first crushed materials go to the fine jaw crusher, which crushes them to less than 30mm fineness.

·Materials less than 30mm enter the transfer bin and then go tohammer crushers, which are crushed to a 0-2mm range.

·The materials go togold centrifugal concentratorfor the first separation.

·Tailings of centrifugal concentrator go to sluice box for recovering more gold;

·The centrifugal concentrator and sluice box concentrates are sent to the shaking table to concentrate gold.

·shaking tableis a gravity equipment for recovering gold, with a very high recovery rate. It is very friendly to the environment.
